Request Data Deletion
Last updated: September 5, 2026
FiRemote, developed by Alpha Markhor, doesn't have user accounts, so there's no login to delete. This page explains how to request deletion of the data the app does collect, and what happens to it.
How to request deletion: email support@alphamarkhor.com with the subject "Data deletion request." Include roughly when you used the app and, if you subscribed, your Google Play order ID (from your purchase confirmation email) so we can find the right records. The app has no account or login, so that's the only way to match a request to your data. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days of your request.
What gets deleted
- Crash and diagnostic data: the device and app info, stack traces, and anonymous identifier sent to Sentry when the app crashes or hits an error.
- Subscription and purchase data: the anonymous, app-generated identifier and subscription status held by RevenueCat.
- Anything you emailed us: support or feedback messages you've sent, and the address you sent them from.
What we can't delete
- Google Play's own transaction records for your purchase. Those belong to your Google account, and Google retains them under its own policies, not ours. See Google Play support to manage that data directly.
- Anything we're legally required to keep, such as records needed to respond to a valid court order or tax and accounting obligation, kept only as long as that requirement lasts.
Data you can already delete yourself, right now
None of this needs a request, since it's already stored only on your device:
- Unlink a paired Fire TV device from the app's Settings screen to clear its locally stored info.
- Revoke the microphone or photo/video permission any time in your phone's system settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored locally (paired devices, preferences) immediately.
See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what the app collects and why.
